Contacts Permissions

MedSomma Regenerative Wellness (MedSomma) collects the data like contacts, enable to invite the friends or users to the app.  MedSomma access the data with your permission, When the user choose to select the phone’s address book to MedSomma we’ll use and allow information of your contacts including names, phone numbers and emails. MedSomma matches this information others have uploaded to provide a better service and make recommendations to you and others, like helping you invite your friends.

Camera Permissions

MedSomma Regenerative Wellness (MedSomma) collects the data like photos from your device to update user profile. MedSomma access your camera with your permission to collect images, and it uploaded in MedSomma. You can change this permission in your device settings but you won’t be able to upload photos from your camera, unless we can access your camera.

Storage Permissions

MedSomma Regenerative Wellness (MedSomma) access your files from your storage only for uploading the files such as images.  MedSomma use your information only for accessing or uploading the images in the MedSomma itself. We (MedSomma) do not share your personal data with any other third-parties. All data is stored securely with the servers by MedSomma, others cannot get access.

Personal Data

Personally identifiable information, such as your name, shipping address, email address, and telephone number, demographic information such as date of birth, gender, location at the time of use, and other information that you voluntarily give to us when you register with the Site or when you choose to participate in various activities related to the Site, such as online chat and message boards. Account Information.

You may review or change the information in your account, or terminate your account by emailing customer support. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, and enforce our Terms of Use.

Emails and Communications

If you no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails, or other communications from us you may opt-out by: (1) Noting your preferences at the time you register your account with us, or (2) contacting our support department.

California Privacy Rights

Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by logging into the website and navigating to Account Details → Contact Preferences to disable SMS communications, or within the mobile app under More → Account Settings → Contact Preferences.

You may also opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. After replying STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming your opt-out status. No further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

No Third-Party Marketing Sharing
Medsomma does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
We may share information with service providers solely for the purpose of delivering SMS communications on our behalf, in compliance with applicable laws.
