The pharmacy’s regulations prohibit the return of prescription medication for reimbursement. This means that MedSomma is unable to accept returns of treatment for refunds, even if it is unused.

MedSomma and its affiliates are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you receive defective or damaged products, please notify us at care@medsomma.com. If you received your order damaged, you may be instructed to contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packing material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
